DSC06179For those of you who know me, you will know one part of my portfolio is as a communications/pitch coach. I am passionate about 1.The Message 2. Visual Design and 3. Delivery. I had the great privilege last night of listening to and meeting with one of the world’s top presentation coaches and speakers, Garr Reynolds. Garr has a portfolio career as an author ( Presentation Zen and Presentation Zen Design), Speaker, Coach and lecturer back in his beloved Japan.  He talked about presenting:
1.  Its not about the “tools” of PowerPoint or Keynote – most ideas can be drawn in the sand
2. Start in analogue – pencil and paper will do nicely
3. think Audience – what do the audience need to know versus what you want to tell them.
Really worth a visit to his sites.
